Can anyone ID these bars for me , they came with the remnants of a Torker sticker on the crossbar but the only Torker bars i know are the T bars

Welds are very neat so i don't think there shite .
Most distinctive thing about them is the ends of the stem tube flareing out .





They have been cut down and are currently 25" wide with a 9" rise. Centre of stem to centre of crossbar is just under 6"
There is some stamping on one end in the grip area , looks like 197 G
Anyone any ideas what they are ??
