Any one have a link to a decent thread / tutorial on how to set up a 3 piece crank........ free wheel and chain ring are way off no matter which way I mount them (so to speak, obviously I'm not waving the old gentleman sausage at them.........)

I'll take a few tomorrow as I've been sat in a beer garden most of the afternoon......... I have a sneaking suspicion I may have the spindle in back to front........ ;D

There is no back to front on a 3 piece as far as I know  ;D

If it's a threaded conversion axle there is a right and wrong way, but it is pretty obvious which way is which or else you wouldn't be able to tighten it up.

There is no back to front on a 3 piece as far as I know  ;D

I appear to have proved the rule that anything is possible if you try hard enough - put it in backwards............ ;D  Nothing to see here, move along please.......... :nickswan:
