Bike ID- Possibly a Meteor Lite???

Morning Radsters,

My friend has an old BMX that was given to him by another friend...He was told it's a Meteor Lite, but isn't sure.  Can anyone confirm what it is, and possiblt post a photo or two of an original factory spec model? He'd like to restore it back to factory spec.

Looks like one, or maybe a futura? No doubt Cornwall's favourite Northern Monkey will be able to confirm shortly as I know he's swotted up on these

Yes mate, it's a Meteor-Lite, that pimpled rear gusset is a giveaway. 

What's your plans for it?

My mate wants to return it to factory spec, or close enough. He's after decals etc. Does anyone know what model it is, or have any pics of an original one?

I don't remember them having a name, Del will no doubt have decals on his portfolio for one of these.

I remember them having a proper 80's lunar font though.

I'm guessing 84, but that us assumption only based on the lack of any pink/green/lavender in it. 

I'm sure my mate had a GT Performer in '85.
