alloy hub tuff repair

got a set of tuffs off the bay and the seller neglected to inform me that the alloy hub on the back is pushed in looks like the cones were overtightened can this be repaired without having to take the hub out any ideas?

Yes it can, it can be pulled out. Someone on here made a clamp pulling think but I can't remember who it was  ???

Still have to try fixing my wheel, though after I posted the question I found a split in the rim, so not sure it's worth fixing now.
