Had a bad feeling about these, suddenly seemed to be loads of them about lately.

Although not as obvious as the last pair of black Tange grips Mayo has been selling for the last year or more.

Thanks for link.

I have also noticed there seems to be a lot of NOS DC Hinged clamps in bags for sale. Not good there are fakes going around  :( .

This has got me thinking about DC MX double clamps now, seen a few extremely tidy ones recently  :chin:
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

Sorry Terry that was as clear as mud wasnt it  ;D

I meant the 2 piece ones as well as the hinged ones you flagged up.
I thought they looked too crispy when i first saw them and a bit of sleuthing confirmed my suspicions  ;)

I bought a ligit one from Joe6--- from the museum a couple of months ago, he sells only quality gear, original from Japan , cost me £50.

I had a really good looking copy a while back , MX writing was very good, but was just too small to get the thread started so I sent it back.
the one pictured has good detailed writing but the 2 sections have a massive gap between them which means when you tighten it , all the clamping stress is on the pin and that's why it snapped.
