What era are Ambrosio Starlight rims from ? I'm thinking 82 ish

I remember selling these in Heff's Bike Shop in around 82 but it could have been earlier.

I bought a 1981 Redline many many years ago and the seller was the original owner and he had Ambrosio Starlight rims on it from new so they are least as early as 1981 if thats any help.
