ok I've wanted to do a torker for ages and finally got may hands on one

so got around to building it up today using parts i already had

my original plan was to use yellow and gold bits but i just wasn't feeling it when i started

so went with black and gold

1982 torker 280X frame and forks
NOS gold MX1000
NOS gold DX pedals
profile box cranks
tuff's
comp III's
GT post
early tuff neck
NOS tuff neck clamp
PPP Ring
tuf neck power disc
kashimax aero

tried it with yellow

That's lovely DD, nice and Torkerish.

Still a few days to get it in April's BOTM, a worthy contender IMO.

Nice, definitely prefer black tuffs. I'd try a black power disc for contrast........ Lovely!

Lovely that Torker pal. Agree with the black disc, I might be tempted with black pedals to just to see if it works.
