you need to learn to play it better dawg!

get up early ... play with the kids... "you stay in bed love" ... everything you can ..have a great FAMILY day! then evening comes and you say 'see ya!' ... make sure she can go out one night in the week with her friends, or you take her out ... if YOU going out is a problem remind her that she went out and you didn't say anything... and you aren't going the pub ... its the equivalent of the gym ... keeping fit and having fun... and that you don't need to be made to feel guilty about doing that  Sunday ... Monday ... same again.

Gotta play the Yin & Yang game bud ... its one ( or a couple ) of evenings FFS

Glad the new owner wasn't able to get over as we didn't put up much of a turnout for him.

That said we rode our arses off for 4 hours solid. The Leeds duo got in there early and were ripping everywhere. John went off... peg stalling everything vertical... even ended up grinding over the doorway ... fooking rad. John's mate Ben is one of my fav riders ... Rad and inventive at the same time. Kickboxing Danny got over the doorway "whilst it was still there" ... me and Jim kept it real trying transfers, killing the door gap, Jim got a couple of rock and rolls, I was trying grinds, transfers from pyramid to flat bank and getting nearer to clearing the box than I ever have.

It was a proper workout!

If you have the door gap on your to do list you better get over there ... its days are numbered.
