Bailed at Heywood bmx track yesterday. Landed on me shoulder at speed and  had to take a trip to A&E. Thought I'd dislocated it. Turns out it's not.... but somethings not right. Full a drugs lay on the couch at the minute. If it don't get no better I'm going back to Hosi later.
