One side is mini freewheel and will be available normally in 15T-13T. The other side should just be a standard Freewheel size, generally available in 18T-15T. Was that what you were asking.

Just ask for a 14T Freewheel. I wouldn't ask for a sprocket because that would confuse things. I am reasonably sure that Halfords will stock cheap Diamond Back packaged freewheels if you are not bothered by make (probably rebranded Dicta). Alternatively you are probably looking at Odyssey or ACS as brands making that size.

Are you sure he didn't have a left hand/right hand drive flip flop ? I would imagine if one side is smaller than the other on a flip flop hub it will take a small freewheel. I have never come across any reference to a 3rd size.

What the hells the point of that. Oh I guess you could run 2 sizes of frewheel instead of changing the front sprocket, but would be well different ratios. Maybe you could have a race gearing 44:16 and maybe 44:17 for park. Who knows.
