Oddy springfield brake question?

Does anyone know if the arms can be flipped ie. could you run two right arms with one upside down and it would still work?  ???

Just looked at some close ups, looks like they could be the same both sides,

Ask Ed, he runs one of these, but getting any sense out of him may be a bigger challenge than your initial question!!
