Saved this from going off to the scrapyard yesterday but not sure what it is?

Saw that on the old faceache fella - gonna have a proper look tomorrow, but it's got the characteristics of an S&M in house made frame - very similar to the S&M made Metal and Fit frames (ovaled at the top tube/seat tube junction, machined and braced head tube etc).

Any serials on the bottom bracket/rear drops?

I thought it was at first but took sticker off and its not stamped  so I guess it's just a cheapo stem.

there is something on bb but can't make it out. Nothing on drop outs, though I didn't check drop outs on inside.
