Thinking of getting my TA chromed,it's White at the mo,can anyone recommend a good chromers and would they also remove the paint/powder,cheers

Leigh chromers is probably what most would suggest. not tried them myself but heard good things

They do a good job but think your looking at about £300 for a frame & fork re-chrome. They usually charge about £40 to strip it but dunno if that's included in the re-chrome price.Pm Jono he can probably tell you more. Think they've done a couple of framesets for him.

I'm collecting a frame from Howells in the next couple of days and their reputation is excellent. I'll post a pic when I get it .

I've used these guys a couple of times and they're spot on. They take extra care on stampings/serial numbers and around welds too. They will always tell you what you can expect results wise depending on the condition of your items.
