Rim Lacing question?

Right guys i have 184mm spokes here and looking to use them on small hubs,what lacing pattern do i need to do to get this correctly done,i have short nipples and long ones :p and its the nipples for the spokes i mean

Use this spoke length calculator thread by Sean:

Do the required (ie ERD and hub measurements - you'll see what I mean when you read that link), and in the spoke length calculator put in 3X first and then 4X. The spoke length it comes out to for both - pick the one that's nearest to your 184 spokes (give or take 1-2mm)

Yeah youtube is where to check, it's is not like we would have a 'how to' on this site for that as well as the spoke length how to
