Hi...did my first citric acid bath,it has worked better than what the OA bath did,but since i have dried the f&F it seems as if there is pitting coming through,and i had put gt bars in it as-well with pitting on them but it never shifted it or when i had them in the OA bath the same thing happened,wouldnt move the pitting...any ideas guy's to why all this is happening etc

You can only remove surface rust, you can't get rid of the pitting unfortunately that's there to stay, far less noticeable when you give it a polish though.

BTW did the wife have a good soak  :LolLolLolLol:
