Mark 2 Vector trial build

Thought I'd trial build the Vector before it heads of for new powder and decals.  Not sure if the pedals are a bit on the "heavy" looking side and something a bit more dainty required?  I'm thinking red cage skyway tuf pedals........ and I'm on my 5th seat clamp.........  other than that quite pleased with it.  obligatory close up of the brake lever included.  Any thoughts?  Bert

Nice build Bert,
I would probably replace the seat post for black to match the bars  and the pedals you mentioned with black centres and red cages.

Nice Bert, chrome seat post for me. Pedals are good, maybe try Suntour XCIIs and those red and black mushies you've got... 

PS. It's meant to be a grip shot, not a lever shot (well for me anyway).

I tried the black and red mushrooms and the red was too bright...........  I shall try a few posts, but I'm amazed no one has mentioned the 1 piece......

I quite like the one piece, the frame is the real star so a one piece leaves it to shine (too syrupy that metaphor?).

I have placed a house brick under the rear wheel thereby not just rotating the grips, but the entire bike by c.10 degrees........ Happy now

Change the brakes to earlier 890 or something, seat post is way to loud, remember seeing black chrome at rom skatepark in 83 and it ws stunning but had the normal rusting between the down tubes
