Northwest places to ride outdoor skateparks etc
« on: February 28, 2014, 10:57 AM »
Any suggestions on decent places, outdoor skateparks to ride during the day in the northwest? Out of work at the moment so want to go playing out on my bike while kids are at school and hopefully not many people around :LolLolLolLol:

I have seen there is one at Atherton, a concrete one somewhere in Warrigton. I live pretty close to Alexander park in Wigan but wasn't keen on the metal ramps.

Thanks  :daumenhoch:

Cheers, we have been to the Southport one a couple of times on the old school rides but as its been weekends always full of the cool kids doing all the crazy stuff and us old farts getting in the way :LolLolLolLol:

I may just try a more local one for now, seen one at ince but as I have only rode preston Indoor skatepark twice and just rolled round Alexander park on the old school Haro its all new to me!!

Half decent ply park at plattfields park at the end of the curry mile in rusholme :daumenhoch:
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

The one at ince is pretty good opposite the Morrisons turning. Keep meaning to check it out but don't want to bend my old school bikes. Might get a mid to have a bash on.
