Quote from: Gish on February 27, 2014, 08:15 PMI don't understand this 2 years either way.2 year of flexibility to accommodate exceptions what a fookin load of bollocksIt's either mid school or not NO exceptionsThis came out through discussion in the other thread so I'd defend it as not 'bollocks' The 'Mid School' era would be firmly defined as 1989 to 2003 ... BUT with the option for those with bikes from the 2 years before and after these dates to include them if they felt it was appropriate. This decision was reached through discussion as a good way to resolve current issues.

Who was that conclusion reached?

Mid school starting in 89 ... but with flexibility to include bikes from 87/88 that could, at the owner/builders request, be classified/mderated as 'Mid'.
