it was lovely and hot in bognor yesterday so a few of us rode steve1275's new backyard ramp. ooh the weather was nice. might post a video later if i can be bothered. did i mention the weather was nice and hot?

It rained in Rom - but we did get the best fry up in Essex round at Dave Rom Blokes house instead! So, the day was a sucess afterall.

god its tuff living down here , at least now i know why i look so old ? its all that sun making me squint......

as for breakfast we to had one sausage and one bacon sandwich a piece; in which we then proceeded to take to the ramp to burn off any excess weight that we might have incurred while eating; which didnt take long as we are all very slim and fit
