Unless you are really confident of a polishing company the only solution is to do it yourself. Break it down into small, acheivable goals and it should be ace
If it were mine i would pick a section like a chain stay an spend a whole week (an hour or so every night) going through the grades of wet or dry/emery cloth with a finer grade every night.
Could have it done in 7 weeks.
