The company, Araya, do they still exist........

I see various rims on ebay and they look 'new', so do they exist, taken over, anyone know?

Yep, check out moonster99's listings.

Ian (Moonster) who runs Nagashuki BMX, or whatever it's called goes to the factories in Japan and chats with the bosses there. :daumenhoch:

I have a set of the Araya TB507X rims that Natsukashi sell...they were on my NoMoreA. They only come in black ano, so I had them stripped and polished. They're nice rims.

You could try him via eBay.

I'll check the members list, I'm sure he's on here.

I contacted Ian recently via his website about 24" arayas. He says no plans for them to do any at present. He only has 20" rims.

Replied quickly too, great service.

They have never stopped making rims  ;)

Natsukashi seems to have a good rapport going with them and other Japanese manufacturers and the guy there is very helpful.
