Hi Scott, and  :welcome to RAD.

Some details about the bike and it's parts may help us to work out what it is, and if it's worth anything?

Well its a 1983 Mongoose frame
Peugeot 1980's crank
Warrior 1980' snake bend seat post
Dia Compe MX sliver seat clamp
Peugeot 1980's CW old skool BMX bars
Two piece 1980's blue and white grips
Old skool BMX chrome tange 24tpi bottom bracket for a one piece crank
Blue viscount seat (repro from the usa)
Blue mx nos brakes
Blue and gum tyres
Double bear trap pedals
Suntour power stem
Skyway tuff 2 (new) in blue
Rayleigh inner tubes
1980's front forks

It's tricky to guess a price without actually seeing the bike, if you can get a pic then that would be great.

Obviously, the most important bit is the frame and forks, so knowing what that is will help work out its value.

A Suntour power stem is worth about £50 for a nice one, a nice Tange BB sell for up to £20, if the seat clamp is an OG one, then another £45, if nice.

Oh ok, as i said i haven't got a clue its just what my mate told me.

I don't even want it to ride, just thought it would be a nice thing to have.

So what would you be willing to pay for it?

I wouldn't give him any more than £350 at a guess.  :daumenhoch:
