Hot wheels JMC

Just wondering here, this f/f obviously had import tax paid by hot wheels in the 80's.( check out the certificate)
The frame must have then been sold back abroad.
Thanks to Jim's frame log & shipping records would a uk buyer be entitled to claim any duty back if the frame was to come back to the UK?

What do you think?? don't forget, this is mis-regulated/controlled by the post office!!

technically, you may be able to, but I wouldn't fancy your chances. Vat would still be applicable too.
