Staral 24" rims

Got a set of cruiser wheels with Staral rims,I think these are of european origin 

Can anyone shed any light on these please

Staral were either from Holland or Belgium (Belgium I think), made some nice rims they are along the lines of Spencer rims from the UK.

I think they also made rims exclusively for Raleigh at some stage IIRC in the late 70's Raleigh bikes had rims that said "Staral Special for Raleigh".
