Got a set of cruiser wheels with Staral rims,I think these are of european origin  ???

Can anyone shed any light on these please  ???

Staral were either from Holland or Belgium (Belgium I think), made some nice rims they are along the lines of Spencer rims from the UK.

I think they also made rims exclusively for Raleigh at some stage IIRC in the late 70's Raleigh bikes had rims that said "Staral Special for Raleigh".
