What spoke length do I need to lace Suzue low flange sealed hubs to Araya 7X rims please fellas?

You pass your leading spokes over 4 trailing spokes  as opposed to 3  till it goes in the desired hole

Don't you mean 'under' dubber 

4 cross   ........ under 3 over 1
3 cross ....... under 2 over 1 

first set of spokes are inserted the same for both 3 and 4 cross

I always thought the second set of spokes  (the  crossing ones  ) you lace to a rim ,were crossed over 3 then under on the last one to find the hole  ,,oooer
