Update 24.2.14

Having spoken with Brian, he has made the jig and the prototype is being made as we speak.

I'm off to see him again hopefully on Sunday, to discuss orders, where he has indicated that he will make 20, 17 of these have already been 'dibbed' so if your name isn't on this list (for Rad) then best make contact.

Do you know what, after trying to help someone just get a set of decals and pads and being made to look like the bad guy...........I'm wondering whether to do this.......

In fact it's left such a bitter takes, I might quit altogether..........

For what it's worth - you didn't look like the bad guy
You came out of it looking like you'd tried to help someone and they were having a tantrum about it not happening quickly enough  ::)

Anyway you can't pull the plug - I've bought a seatclamp AND a flex fighter now so my UK build is well underway :teef:

There's no helping some people, and I understand why Steve wants to jack it in....

All I did was help, and I get the bad press......

Not happy!

And has really started to make me think why do I bother - sorry chaps

I don't know the details of what's happened Nick, but I for one appreciate all your efforts to date to get this off the ground. I fully appreciate that it's not your full time job ( the same goes for guys like Del & Steve) and people have to appreciate that folks on here have families and other interests, as well as the pressures that come with life in General.
I really hope that you don't knock it all on the head for one individual who doesn't appreciate what you've tried to do for them.
It's so true that the minority always spoil it for the majority, but keep your chin up mate, it's far easier to focus on the negatives.....it's just human nature.
If there is anything I can do to help out (even given my limited knowledge and contacts) you only have to ask.
Please try to remember guys this is a hobby for a lot of people involved, very few make a living from it, so be patient and appreciative of your fellow radsters.

Without community spirit on here.....it all falls apart.

Sorry guys....rant over

Nick,

I for one really appreciate what you are doing to get this off the ground, it's commitment from people like yourself that make this such a great hobby to be involved in.

Chin up mate.  :daumenhoch:

Update on cruiser , really taking shape now set up in jig ,all spot welded tacked together , ready to be braized  . This is the last pic prior to being taken to farleigh ( curtis bikes ) for braizing .
The time & effort involved in getting it to this stage is about 4 weeks ,
Let the pictures do the talking  :Great_Britain:
