Before I take it any further / throw my idea at the RAD powers, does anyone know if there's speed bumps on the road down to the MK track ? I.e from the road to just past the bridge. Never took any notice myself.

There's none Ash, but I'd strongly advise you NOT to show off and bring your big, fancy, American RV, as it won't go under the bridge, and you will look a right ball bag.
