« on: January 16, 2014, 11:08 PM »
Hey guys today I picked up a 1984 master .I've known this bike since 1984 when my mate got it , it got stolen when we were at school but he was lucky enough to get it back , minis the vector bars it had and other  vital parts  now  iam going to give it an oxy bath and see how we stand after that as what we do with it
build what u want if u like it then thats all that matters

I'd be tempted to leave it as is, give it a clean and build her up  :smitten:

if you give her a bath then won't you lose all the original decals?  ???

Nice one!
As said above, oxalic acid won't harm the decals, but they aren't originals to this model.
These ones are for late 85 and 86 framesets.

Put 'em in the Royal Mail with a fragile sticker on a few times.  If you ever see em again, they should be pretty stressed  :daumenhoch:

Take a blade to the decals once they're on Lee, but "weather" them fitted to avoid creasing them
