Have you tried contacting them via the button? i'm sure someone there could help you. Alternatively try Wbase in tokyo. The site looks a bit new school but the owner is cool and into his old school stuff too

Don't worry, the only seats Kashimax make in China are the cheap city cycle ones for old lady bikes (mama chari as we call them here)

The BMX seats are made in Japan and covered ones are done by hand.
