Ok so lets say i have just applied to Guiness to achieve a land speed record on a bmx

Assuming i went with the principle of this guy with a big fookoff chainring:

Keeping it oldschool whats the largest chainring you could run on an unaltered bmx frame, and any idea which frame would give the most clearance?

Would 48-9 not be enough for starters, or are we talking laughably huge gearing here?
