Matt Black From Australia , SLA 24 with thruster  type dropouts , probably the only 1 around, very early eighties at a guess no serial but I`d be more than happy with this in my stable.

-90 degree laid back seat post like GHP or Robinson
- National Pro head tube decal, and "LONG" decal for seat tube
