yes a company in the US called Persons (or maybe Parsons). Aero style, I sold a NOS one to Lee (C)hunt for £8 and he flipped it for £30 the day he received it!

Those Parsons track racer seats are real good,

They did a freestyle version too,  only ever seen one of em, USA made & Solid as a rock.
