Its a PR Racing. Do a search on here as I know a few NOS frames were sold a year or so back.

Deffo tell curtis by headtube , but not rear dropouts
So not a curtis , but made by curtis ...

Probably made by Brian, but the company which was formed after Curtis and before Brian Curtis 


PR racing was formed to take Brian from a one man band into a company, he didn't like it and went back to what he knew best
