I wouldn't use any of them. They are both too short.

Yes, reach. Longer stem for a taller rider. Unless your building it for an eleven year old, then shorter stem and expert bars.

Ignore the TNT clamp and stem - just for colour so to speak and i'll probably swap out the headset for chrome.  1 piece and flights, white bars and chrome, white grips and black.........  Annoyingly I'm rather partial to the 1 piece with chrome bars and white grips....... comments welcome!
