seat help please

I just picked up a little winter project and had a few nice little parts.

One of them were one of these:

Not in this condition unfortunately but after a deep clean It will do the job...

It's got the faint mark where the mongoose decals were..

Viscount mx but want to know if anyone knew year and what bikes these were stock on?

Also anyone know where to get replace side decals from?

not sure but i've got a kashimax mongoose seat and the mongoose lettering looks to be imprinted in the seat a little.
