Top set in the pic are WIN Pro Bars.
Bottom set are the same height, 1" narrower, but with nicer welds and the knurling is different.
Are they CW's? Or something else? Cant see any markings.

not CW. wrong shape and the knurling is diamond pattern on CW

Rebel did CW type, I had the massive 10 x 30 ones, but they did a 8 x 28 too I think, welds were good.
