Leave bars on bike, sit on bike, turn bars, man up and wrestle them off. The only easier way than that is to give the job to somebody else who is more manly. :)

Just be warned that squirting liquids in there leads to problems later on.
The grips may not stay put when they go back on.

I use WD40 to put grips on, dry's in a few minutes and sticks like a gud un. Some people however use hairspray but that makes me break into song.

Hairspray was the liquid of choice bitd, but riding on a damp day always meant "throttle grip" reared its head.
As for wd40, i just cant get my teeny brain around the fact that lubricant would make something stick.
Im not disputing what you say but its a dry wrestle every time for me. I kinda enjoy it.

Most times I just slide the red straw up a little bit at a time and squirt, have used a cable tie and a cocktail stick also.   :daumenhoch:
