I type in my search topic under where it says RAD Shoutbox ... click 'SHOUT' ... and nothing happens!

WHY OH WHY

Yeah i keep seeing random words and user names coming up in the shout box that get deleted couple of minutes later. I think the text boxes are a bit close together

I keep seeing all this random stuff in the shoutbox and keep thinking am i missing something here.

Been bugging me for weeks.
