I like that. Nice bikes CW and I bet you got it pretty cheap aswell they don't seem to fetch mutch money over here for some reason.

it was a complete bike i got,ive stripped her ready for cleaning.
1 1/8 ukai wheels with tioga comp lll tires,powerlite bars,lee chi brake,nice 3 pc crank...etc etc

The XM designates it as a mini with frame no. 189
The other is someones postcode and house number - probably the original owner!
