Bottema Forks
« on: September 02, 2013, 02:27 PM »

I quite fancy a set of these but I'm sure I remember them being re-released back in 2011 ish.

Do any of you know if they were reissued?

Cheers

I have a set of Gregg Melms made ones in my for sale thread but they're 1-1/8" so you'd have to do a headset conversion on them :daumenhoch:

http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,163157

They were part of a deal I did on my white newschool race RetroGoose but I never used them as I wanted to use a set of Odyssey Directors that looked like the original 'Goose forks. They are totally brand new and have never seen a wheel or a headset and cost $250 when made. Here's his website to see the quality of his work :daumenhoch:  http://www.gregmelms.com/home.html and http://www.vintagebmx.com/community/index.php'showtopic=27041861&hl=

Are you after the M1 Race or M2 Skatepark version Ben? As Dave said, JC did a run of the M2s a few years back so be careful what you buy is the real deal. Both are not cheap and don't come up too often and when the M2s do you'll have to fight Mick and I for them.  :2gunsfiring_v1:   :LolLolLolLol:

It's the other way around- M1 park, M2 race.

Looks like it was going to happen, and having a quick read through the thread nothing ever came of it.
