help needed brake part question?

Right im just finishing off a mongoose decade with a dia compe (i think 890 dia compe) centre pull brake  but am missing an important part.

I dont know what its called but its basically a cable with ferrules on both ends that go round the centre pull then into each arms of the caliper?

Does anyone know the correct name for the part needed or know where/how i can get one?
