This bike was a custom order for myself, from Orange in Halifax, about 13 years ago. I wanted a high quality, versatile bike that wasn't going to cost the earth or fall to bits and try to kill me. After speaking to numerous bike shops, I decided Orange was the way to go, but, their range was pretty limited. So, having approached them they suggested a custom build which would tick all the boxes and meet my budget, this is the result.
Based on an early Orange E4 / Gringo frame, 6061-T6 Custom Butted Aluminium. 17" seat tube, BB centre to top of seatpost, 21.5"TT, finished in team orange.

With the exception of the brakeset and pedals, everything on this bike is original. It has hardly been ridden and, with the exception of some brake rub and some light storage marks, is in fantastic, original condition. The Orange powdercoat is as vibrant and bright as the day I collected it, the pictures don't really do it any justice. The frame has no damage whatsoever, no dings, cracks or scrapes and not been subject to anything other than some road and light XC work. The tyres are as new with no perishing or cracking and even still have the odd moulding flash present.
