MK 13 Concrete Ditch......

Went to my first MK this year and it was fkn RAD.

Me ,The Crow and Trickyrich sneaked off to the concrete ditch round at the lake.

after standing there puzzled at how tight it was we finally Cowboy'd Up and dropped in.





Then when we got back to the track someone told us it was the wrong ditch, the real one is a lot mellower.

Hahaha.

I rode that ditch a few years back, i launched out of the small end and bent a dx when i landed..!!
Some locals reckoned a guy had backflipped out of it..!!!

Trich managed some 180's out the low side and almost pulled a 360 (I personally would have claimed it...).

nah he was practising jumping the doubles ready for a killer win in his final and nailing them. Shot off out the gate and was in the front pack after the first corner then he got wiped out by one of the other lads and made a mess of his leg and thumb.

Still was safer for him to drive home than me and it was 4 in the afternoon...... ;-D

I was only wounde in my wallet as i'd had a quite large night out in Sheffield on saturday. Ben was picking gravel out of himself poor bugger.

21st is going on the calendar as soon as I get home. Still an hour away after a 5am start to get to Glasgow and back......

We used to sneak off and ride that ditch in between races 26 years ago!
The old man used to go mad
It's proper tight from what I remember, you had to drop in and hit the small bit at an angle or it spat you out

Hope you heal soon Ben  I've had the dreaded gravel rash from there ....it fookin kills!
