I wouldn't take that approach in the bag I'd water it down in a tub to a weaker solution, otherwise Oven Pride will froth and leave an uneven finish. I was successful in toning down a gold SR seat post in this way using a coke bottle and a very weak custic solution but that was a much easier item to whip out and wipe every few min's to check progress. Good luck
+1 this is probably your best bet. What about putting them in the dishwasher a few times? Its a very hard ano paint paint stripper will struggle to move it
