Does look very similar to an 83  ammaco Mongoose. If it is where these part of Mongoose?  Are they any good?

Thanks for all your help

Cool,  it looks identical to the first link. Is it worth restoring?  The one I see is just frame and forks how much do you think it's worth offering?  Needs re crome are they rare?

Thanks again

sure it's worth - being UK bmx history! :yahoo_silent: one of these british geese recently sold on ebay.de for 400 euros including new tuffs and old cw fs bars - didn't find any other ones sold (here, too), so must be kind rare, i guess. - Turn it into a beauty in blue and you won't want to sell it anyway 8)  :daumenhoch:

Wow so is there a way of definitively telling what it is from the serial number picture?  As your right looks like either a wirewheel or a grand prix. Both look cool to Build but want to get the right one lol

Thanks for all your help guys

Grand prixs didn't have a gusset...both were built by ammaco.

Decals aren't correct but easy to get a repro set.

i didn't find anything yet on the wirewheel code yet (xGoose's f.x has "7182148";  manilo's has "F3 U5" ... compare further, maybe pm boba or others 'please, can i see your bottom bracket ?  :-*'),

but the "10  83" bit of yours:   100120     A4       10 83       30557
seems to indicate toward          -> 1983    oct or march .... i'd guess  :D soorry,
