im using profile removal tool the bolt seems hard to turn anyone had experience with these lmk its the big bolt tool wiv spacer

If you're removing the cranks you don't use the spacer on the removal tool, just screw in the centre threaded bit and welly the end to knock the arms off the axle.

You only use the spacer part if you're putting the cranks on.

I just hit the arms off with a rubber mallet, but always put a little bit of engine oil on the axle splines before putting the arm back on so next time it's a piece of cake.
