can someone be really annoying, get in everyones way, repeatedly fall off and try and find things to ride that really aren't ride-able...

Yes the lake ride normally starts around 6/6:30.

As for the bargains? Well yes they will start on Saturday but there will still be stuff on Sunday but you might miss bits you would've bought
