The non drive side arm has had the powder chipped away at and it just looks like a raw BMX frame underneath. But the powder matches the cw bars that I have and both the cranks and bars used to belong to Stephen gallier (now deceased :( ) a local rider to me, the bars look like og powder and decal is there anyway they may have come together on something
