frame repairs

Right well next project and gonna finally get round to the mongoose team but got a bit of a problem.

The frame has a few dings in it and remember speaking to someone pre rad crashing and loosing all my messages.. who is the best person who could/would help repair/fill pre sending to SBD for a lush candy red top coat. (happy to pay a fellow radster for their work )

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated
